Hunts book first come, first serve. It takes a deposit to book a hunt. NO EXCEPTIONS. To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit including license fee is required on all trips, with the exception of our Bull elk hunts. We require $1000 plus license fee to book your Bull Elk hunt the remainder of the 50% deposit needs to be mailed in by April 1. Final payment for all hunts are due 30 days before the hunt start date. APPLY by mailing this booking form and deposit to TYLER SIMS OUTFITTING LLC. Hunt prices will be updated October 31 year prior of hunt. Pre-booking will be subject to those changes, if not agreeable pre-booking deposit will be refunded. Tyler Sims Outfitting LLC reserves the right to cancel hunts and refund deposits.

No refunds will be made for cancelled hunts for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. All money is refundable if license is not drawn. Refund will be mailed within 45 days of notification by Wyoming Game and Fish that you were unsuccessful in drawing. If license is drawn, NO REFUNDS will be given. License applications withdrawn by the client will not count as failure to draw and Tyler Sims Outfitting will not refund your deposit. If you are on a combination hunt and unsuccessful on drawing one of the animals, but draw others, a refund will only be given for the animal you failed to draw. All deposits for Varmint hunts are non-refundable. We make no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or hunt cancellation.

LIABILITY WAIVER: A liability waiver and firearm safety rule form will be mailed to you in June to be signed and returned to our office.

We recommend you consider purchasing a trip insurance policy on your hunt. Should you need to cancel your hunt for an unforeseen reason, you will not lose all of your investment. Trip insurance also protects you from damage or loss of your equipment and provides medical benefits and emergency evacuation coverage during your hunt. Shipping and handling of meat and trophies is the responsibility of the hunter. Our responsibility is to haul game to the nearest local locker plant. We will provide assistance, but cannot be held responsible for additional costs such as transportation, shipping expenses, and additional labor. The processing of meat, that you are not taking home, must be paid for in advance before it can be donated.

We do not allow smoking in the LODGE, CABINS, or any VEHICLE.
